- To participate in this competition every Puja Committee will have to register itself on this website only - no other form registration entry will be accepted
- To participate in SharodArghya 2021’, no Puja Committee will have to pay any fee whatsoever

- A virtual meeting link will be shared with the maximum of 2 Puja Committee representativesvia Email/SMSas submitted during the registration process
- Each Puja Committee representative/s should be ready with his/her device prior to the scheduled time
- Once the virtual meeting starts, s/hewill have to verbally explain the theme/concept of the Puja to the judge. S/he will also have to show inside/outside of the Puja Pandal arena as asked for by the judge
- Time allotted to eachPuja Committee for judging will be final and cannot be rescheduled (unless there is any technological issue concerning the virtual platform which is beyond the Puja Committee’s control)
- Any Puja Committee who will fail to attend the virtual meeting as per scheduled time slot will stand disqualified
- Each Puja Committee will get maximum of 15minutestopresent their creativity – this will also include answering of any question asked by the judge
- The Puja Committee representatives can join the virtual platform from maximum of2 devices (mobile/tab/etc.)
- Once the judge reaches the Puja arena, maximum of 2 representatives will be allowed to interact with the judge. These representatives should be wearing mask, face shield and must maintain a distance of 2meters while interacting with the judge
- The judge will leave the Puja arena immediately and mark the Puja Committee disqualified if s/heis not satisfied with the COVID related precautionary steps taken in and around the Puja Pandal
- A hand sanitizer should be kept immediately available in case the same is required by the the judge
- Once the guests reach the Puja arena, maximum of 2 representatives will be allowed to interact with them. These representatives should be wearing mask, face shield and must maintain a distance of 2meters while interacting with the guests
- The guests will reserve the right to leave the Puja arena immediately without handing over the prizes if theyarenot satisfied with the COVID related precautionary steps taken in and around the Puja Pandal
- A hand sanitizer should be kept immediately available in case the same is required by the guests
